Kevin Lowber has been my agent for over 20 plus years. He is very knowledgeable about the work he does from Auto to homeowners to investments and also State Farm banking. Kevin and his staff continue to keep up with mileage on the car to make sure you were getting all the discounts that his agency have to offer. His staff is always knowledgeable and professional at all times. If you didn't have an appointment and you came in and was worried about something Kevin always took the time out to sit down and explain it to you and that I was always so grateful for. He reached out to me one day about my car loan and interest rate. He told me that State Farm has a bank and that I can refinance with the lower interest rate. I put the application in at 10:00 a.m. that morning by that afternoon State Farm had picked up my loan and my interest rate was at least three points lower. From there on I knew I had a great agent that I was able to keep insurance in a Ford my car payment. Whenever I purchase the home Kevin made sure I had the bundle package. When I retired Kevin sat down with me and inform me how to do my retirement rollover. There's not too many honest agents out here today.
